My name is Austin Bruck, and this is my story. I have waited a long time to tell it and hope that you will be receptive to it in one way or another. At times it will be controversial, and I’m sure that I will undergo my fair share of judgement in sharing it. I ask that you keep an open mind and know that the purpose of my life has been to spread love and understanding. My story—to date, the opus work of my life—has been on my mind for many years now; know that throughout it all, I had you, my audience, frequently in mind. As different as my story may be from yours, let us tie ourselves together with the common thread of humanity, knowing that all experiences can be shared experiences if we allow—may you better see and know and love yourselves and others through its telling. I expect that you will enjoy it, which was always my intention.
